Yeah, i get the story from my better half also. I finally started sleeping in another room. Still love the man, but heâs like sleeping with a hurricane.
Have you noticed that HER lack of sleep is because of Him. Maybe she had a headache, wasnât feeling well, who knows? Guys are not ALWAYS to blame for a womanâs issues. Us guys take far too much blame for a womanâs problems, and that is not right. Sometimes a woman issues are something not related to her husband at all. Maybe it is HER issues. Stop bashing males all the time.
My dear one snored so loudly that I wore earplugs to bed. He has since passed away. I would love to hear that âsweetâ sound once again. Do not complain, find solution.
I have nerve problems that causes random jerky motion of my arms and legs. In bed it drives my wife nuts. I have offered to move to our other bedroom, but for some reason she prefers that I stay with her.
I have never slept through the night. As a child I was a bed wetter and now wake at any pressure to run to the bathroom. In addition a few decades ago I fell two different times on my right knee â the second time pulling off the skin on the front of it. It healed (no doctor visits) but since then if I fall asleep on my right side â I wake within 45 minutes with my knee in pain. Having lost around 70 pounds over the last decade or so I can no longer sit comfortably as I lost a lot off my bottom (doctor calls it âbony assâ â and no, cushions are of no help, I just stand a lot, including reading the newspaper at the kitchen table and while we are out â people get so upset if you wonât sit down while waiting in places) and I also canât sleep for any length of time on my back due to same (and if I do sleep on my back I wake with sore throat as I breathe through my mouth). That leaves my left side â but sooner or later I have to turn over from that also. So every couple of hours I wake to turn over â for some reason I no longer turn over while sleeping.
I presumed that I snored at night as I know I did when I was young. One morning recently when I woke I told husband I might be getting a sore throat as my throat hurt when I woke. he told me that I had been sleeping on my back and snoring. I asked him âdonât I snore all the time?â and I found out I donât. Luckily the throat was due to how I slept and the snoring.

Itâs 3 am, Iâve been awake since 1:15. Did all of the âsleep hygieneâ bs. Tried a different room, etc. Still awake.

Old joke about a man and a woman . . . . his offer, her honor . . ." and all night long it was âoff-her and on herâ"
