I Can’t help but notice the costumes are all form-fitting…

I’m taking a wild guess here, and thinking that this is an anniversary for the Original Ghostbusters movie?

Mr. Stay Puff, for a marshmallow company in Ghost Busters. Dr Ray Stans thinks of it at the critical moment. But like any devil’s wager" can be perverted to evil. Originally after it was blasted by the GBs it mutates into what Zuul looks like or the Destructor.

Jay: “First of all, I got to the costumers late and all the costumes had been rented out. Secondly, I quit!”

Jay just wishes Rita hadn’t made the janitor put up a sign above the urinals in the men’s room that says “Don’t cross the streams”.

Maybe he just didn’t have the cash to rent one of those costumes – I’m pretty sure the company won’t be picking up the tab. It’s not like the events where the cosplayers on staff can just come as someone whose outfit they already have.
