Used to wake up every 75-90 minutes. Talked to a sleep doctor. Got tested for apnea and got an oral appliance. Now I wake up every 50-60 minutes. Gave up on getting back to sleep around 3 am.

Touche’ Arlo. But there is a price attached to all small domestic victories.

Turnabout is fair play

My SO wakes me sometimes if I’m completely quiet. I think it’s a sign of true love, and it starts my day off right. Eventually.

Things look different in the morning, especially early morning.

I did that kind of thing once. A drunk called me at 2 am. Twice. When I got up for work at 5:30 I called him back and asked, “what did you want?”

She be pleased later. After she recovers.
