Is Wendy’s nickname for the killer her own or is there a leaker in Joe’s department ?

“Jack the Ripper” was concocted by a reporter so who can tell here?

Teacher’s Pet!!! appropriate name for a killer of teachers!!! Now maybe he will like his name or dislike it and provide clues or make teachers aware of his proclivity to harm teachers!!!

Wendy seems to know so much. She may not be likable; but she’s capable

So the fictional news reporter and network are as scummy as the real reporter’s and “news” networks…

BTW, didn’t Wendy get her head handed to her in a previous story line ?

Sensational stories sell papers, be they true, untrue, or assumptions. If wrong the correction and retraction will be on the last page.

Apparently, the Teacher’s Pet goes for men and women considering that the first time we saw him, it was a man in the hot seat.

Wendy Wichel mucks things up yet again. One of these days Tracy may lose his temper and tell her off in terms that even she will understand.

And who are these people in the police “war room”? What happened to the MCU office with its high-tech view-screens always showing the latest person of interest? The art does look different, and not just in line quality: Tracy’s head looks longer and narrower than usual (dolichocephalic, in the old terminology) and Sam looks so thin as to be anorexic. And both Lizz and Lee look different, too (in fact, I’m just guessing that’s Lizz in row 2 panel 1, because who else would it be?).

And, finally, the “Teacher’s Pet” doesn’t really strike me as a good choice of nickname for a serial killer of teachers (and/or sports columnist critics)….

I wonder if this latest victim was a coach for her school’s girl athletes since the previous two were coaches ?

Was Wendy the main inspiration for Carmen Sandiego ?
