Our 98lb “Golden Labrador” insisted he was a lap dog. He never hurled himself into our laps, but, oy, he was expert at getting insinuated onto your lap before you realized it!!!

I had a 24lb. Russian Blue cat that would wait on top of my chifferobe until I cam to bed and then pounce on my “middle” like that. Then go curl up around the wife’s head. I learned to sleep on my belly.

I have to admit, I did an ‘ooooof’ on this one. How did she get so airborn, there must be a trampoline down there?

my Boston does this (he is 21 pounds light) – as a male type person I am always on guard of my anatomy cause sometimes he lands front feet first instead of the belly flop :) AND there is ALWAYS an ooooofffffff!

I guess that i should be a little relived that Sweetheart can’t leap. :D
