It always look weird to me that she’s never holding her knitting needles properly. My mom knitted scads of sweater sets for me when I was in school and she never held her needles like that.

You start on presents way before the holiday season!

It was until you admitted it.

I remember when my mom used to knit…she would knit small blankets for people who were expecting babies and even a blanket for two for when it was winter…one of the things that I miss about her!

Just like me when my husband starts talking about his favorite thing ~ sports. Thinking hard about what I can say to make him think I’m even slightly interested.

Watch it, Earl – if you annoy her too much, she might sit you down next to her & teach YOU to knit too! I threaten PJ with that occasionally when he teases me about how much I “unknit” (I recycle yarn).
