My wife and I have a Jewish friend. After those “fine people” held their demonstration in Charlottesville, she was dismayed and posted, “There are swastikas in my country.”

That Sunday after services we “snarfed” some flowers from the alter (usually distributed to shut-ins) and brought them to her. The card said, “For every swastika there are a million flowers.”
