This reminds me of the fishing game they played at my elementary school carnivals. You dropped your line behind the screen and someone would attach a prize to it. Lio’s prize is like carrying coals to Newcastle, but his heart is in the right place!

Keep thinking Lio is Dr. Dolittle verses Mad Scientist.

Scuba under ice is not that unusual if you have a dry suit. Back when I certified, my instructors used to ice dive, then inflate their vests and walk upside down on the underside of the ice.
