One needs to control expectations of free stuff.. that guy will be wanting some spare change for a sandwich next.. give in to that and there will be no end to his requests. Best to nip it in the bud as those two wise men expressed.

Asking I me it looks like Herman needs to get a job. Imean, who’s gonna give him 5 mill!

Whatever happened to the middle class? All I see are the wealthy and the poor.

Do you have collateral for that loan for coffee?

In fairness to the guy who says “Get a job!”, he IS working and what he’s doing will create jobs for others. Of course there’s a good chance that the government is getting suckered and that a good chunk of the $12 million will end up in his pocket, but the government should know better.
