It’s true about the bussing. I was there in Delaware, in high school over 40 years ago. Delaware was a very racist state at the time (and still is in some places). It took a great deal of courage and foresight to stand against the vast majority. The memory of the nations longest occupation of a city was still fresh in everyone’s memory. I hated many of the adults in my life for their opposition. If only we had the wisdom and courage back then of the people who sit in judgment of us now.
While those were Biden’s positions and actions, none were against any law nor any sort of ‘crime’. Rall works for the Russians and it shows up openly here, the last panel confirms it.
The system’s broken. Smiling Joe is part of that broken system and has been happily bundled with it for years and years. So sure, let’s fix the broken system by putting Joe in charge.

None of the things in panel 1 are anywhere near “crimes.”
You don’t have to like Biden, but if you’re going to accuse him of criminal activity, you should at least, you know, actually mention an illegal activity and claim he did it.
And that negates your entire point about “getting” someone, when there’s nothing to “get” them for.
