Yesterday the garage can was between them and today it’s next to Tar who’s still holding on to the fence.Just saying, no need for removal.

Barney made a stupid move when he drew his gun but he will realize the situation he is in and he will make the best decision he ever made in his life – drop the gun.

He may fire or put the gun away and start climbing to see if Tracy will shoot him in the back.

…..kinda milking it here…..plus no way a cop stands WATCHING a guy point a gun at him, lol

If I remember correctly, Tracy doesn’t fire unless the crook shoots first. Which is frankly, bloody stupid.

I agree that in real life, once a suspect draws a gun and begins pointing it at a cop, he (the suspect) is toast. This makes for good art, but not good depiction of police methods.

Speaking of the art, Joe seems to be going for those classic Batman drawings where Batman is in action in the foreground, while his costume provides a stylized shadow of a bat in the background. With Tracy, it’s his classic profile, but the same idea. (Gee, now I feel like looking up some of my Batman reprint books featuring art from the 1950s.)
