And now you’re going to jail lady. That oughta teach you to leave a puzzle when there’s only one more piece. Who does that? Seriously, you couldn’t put it in and then get your precious cup of tea?

The only thing missing was the Law and Order, “bum-bum” note!

She should have taken the last piece with her.

The weapon appears to be a leg of lamb she offered us but we had all read the story.

If you ever want to torment a puzzle person just go to a box on the shelf take out one piece and hide it.

There are 1000 pieces to this story, but the last one is most puzzling.

My daughters are grown but we still do an occasional puzzle and when it comes to the last piece (provided a cat hasn’t absconded with it), we all put a finger on it and slide it in together. Silly, but a tradition I started with them.
