Hubby is part Cherokee, so he tans easily, but I still “suggest” he wear a hat when he mows the lawn. I’m so pale I have to put on SPF 15 before I open the fridge.
Long jeans, long sleeves, hat, suntan lotion on face, neck and hands (ick), and bug band to go out of the house in spring, summer and fall – I hate to go out of the house.

I learned a long time ago to wear a hat so I don’t cook my head.

Everyone in our household has a Tilley hat for “sunscreen” (SPF500). :D

Hats with brims at my house, too. It’s a given.

So your hubby married a pale face white woman? He got a feather in his headress! Sorry I couldn’t resist.

He should have worn a hat.
