At my house, it is the rabbits that bite off the tulips. They don’t eat those flowers, they just nip them off and leave them. Same with the hostas. The squirrels dig up the bulbs, but they haven’t done so since I started planting some mothballs with the bulbs.

None of the critter repellants have worked this year. Seems as though they are only dressing on the plants making them more delicious.
