This is the version of the saying I grew up with but later in life heard it said as “no rest for the weary”. If you’re both weary and wicked you’re really, really tired, I’d guess.
Wonder what color green goes when tanned?
If she doesn’t want to be bothered by gawkers, she should try for a different look. Like maybe a house on top of her?
