High-Low games don’t actually work all that well in two-handed poker, Monty.

Considering they have no friends, who else is sitting at the table? Fleshy maybe…Bring back Chimpy, Giggles and the Teenage Vampire.

Pretty lame if you can’t win with dealer’s choice notwithstanding you are playing against your one and only friend in the process. Anyway it will be Moondog’s choice next time and I sense a reversal of fortunes.

And I thought that Fizzbin is complicated.

In our house game, whenever a dealer chooses any wilds, one of our players pays the ante then immediately folds. I think Howdy Doody would make him pack up to leave.

Learned to play poker on the internet. Became fairly good. Friends invited me to play. I was elated. But some of these silly variations spoiled it for me. Then I tried Reno. Three people at the table were speaking a foreign language. I believe they were a “team”. Now that really spoiled poker for me.
