What I can’t understand is those people, especially in the media, who believe the characteristic that indicates good presidential material is the ability to deliver zingers in debates. No examination of policies, just can they show up an opponent.
We the People have supported “[t]he alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge" for almost two hundred years now. We have no right to be surprised, or dismayed, by the logical consequences of our folly.
we have politicians who have been in office for decades and then say that our problems are government’s fault. well, who has been running the back offices of our government administration after administration. They don’t really want to fix the problems, it seems. Then they won’t have anything to promise to fix the next election cycle.

Wow the whole democratic party will have to act like they are teenagers? That’s really going to be hard, stepping up from spoiled 2 year olds.

Acting like he’s 16 would be an improvement. 10-year-old schoolyard bully is more like it.

I support sweet sixteen being able to vote, as long as they can also run for office. Damn if I do and Damn if I don’t.

I support needing to serve in the armed forces to gain the right to vote.
