EVERY sneeze causes a pain below my left shoulder blade. It’s been that way for years, so I asked my doctor what it was and she said “a strained muscle” and when I said it was that way for over 10 years, she just stared back at me. I probably need to get a different doctor :-0

Sometimes when I sneeze, I don’t injure myself, but something else annoying happens. Most older women will know what I’m talking about.

If I wake up in the morning and something doesn’t hurt, I immediately check my pulse to make sure I didn’t die in my sleep.
