Looks like a Ford Transit van conversion… small by US standards, but probably a huge beast to its UK users.
Unrelated, maybe, but every time I hear a Brit use the term “the lot”, I get the unpleasant memory of the Monty Python “Mr. Creosote” segment… bleah! :-)

Had 24’ Class C. Now we just put a queen-sized bed in the back of our cargo van and go. Steel tent on wheels and 26 mpg. The “C” got 6.2
