Going back to yesterday’s strip. Wouldn’t the proper protocol be for the reporter to call and set up a time for the interview? As opposed to just popping up out of nowhere! This way the interviewee could get ready and look their best for any photos.
1- GUY1: …and even though they’re stuck in a lifeboat in the middle of the sea Paddy uses his one wish to turn the sea into Guinness Stout whereupon Sean says… GUY2: I know, I know. “Why’d you do that Paddy? Now we have to piss in the boat”. Get some new jokes would ya? 2- LOLA: My! What a busy place. 3- BARBER POLE: Yes. So you understand how easy it would be to misplace a baby here. OR, if you prefer, that I have so many babysitter options that it’s easy to forget which one might have the kid! LOLA: ♪Sure?♪
And here, ladies and gentlemen, the perfect example of what a wasted panel is. We could have done without the first panel, and instead with a smaller version of Sally and Kandi, wrapped the other two panels into the first… having sally say she didnt expect so many people. and kandi’s reply, then sally saying sure could all have fit into one panel (tho the word balloons would have gotten a bit much, so lets spread it over two panels instead).. that would leave a 3rd panel to add something else to this
Is “Kassie” (Sally, panel 2) suddenly having second thoughts about her mission because there are so many people (read: potential witnesses) around?
While the sparring between the ladies is interesting, I feel Mike’s tempo dragging, something that tends to happen, a lull unwanted, leading too often to a rushed ending….

Good morning™, so many people!
Can I assume that “Altlanta” means Atlanta? Either way, what is this talk about a burning wall? I’m confused again. Can anyone help with this?

Alternate Atlanta or just a typographical error? I’m thinking the latter.

I don’t know who the two boneheads in P1 are but usually in my experience when people are rehearsing it is quiet on the set.

id rather them put on a production of Phantom of the Opera and drop a chandelier on Kandilame’s head instead
