I live in California. What’s not green this time of year has been brown and dry since before summer hit. Fall is a promise of rain and getting it back to green. The earlier the rains the less the fire season.
We’ve had leaves doing the death spiral here in Western Washington since mid August. Of course it could be that the trees are all just dying due to climate change!
