Anthony, thats the first thing I thought when I read this. I love Cho’s work, but theres no way they were going to NOT edit this for the general public.
It’s fascinating to read about Frank Cho’s own wrestlings not with his editor, but with his conscience - considering how his mother (if memory serves, and for example) would look at his work.
And yet, he went merrily on his cleavage-driven way anyway.
One of the most natural and nurturing things in nature.
Actually, two of the most …
But some people just have to restrict what others see … and I always ask, “Why?”
“you people” “some people” “No people” said they wanted to censor this strip or this particular comic. No one wants to “restrict what others see”. My comment was about censorship of another strip which has similar content on occasion and asking about the double standard. No one “sees evil everywhere” except the folks at gocomics. Can I make it any more plain than that?
Cho’s talents are wasted drawing for syndication (though that’s surely where the $ is). He should publish privately, and draw what he really wants to, is really good at, and what we-all wanna see. Can you IMAGINE the story arcs?!?

And one can only wonder why Mr. Cho had run-ins with his editors.
You rock, Frank, but you’re an a$$hole for ending this strip.

At times like this I almost regret being a leg man.
(I wouldn’t call Frank an a$$hole for his decision. I’d say he’s more of a boob.)

This plays, and Frog Applause gets censored? Not that I’m complaining about this one. I just don’t get the double standard.

What’s to censor? The bad bits are covered, and nobody has problems with pairs of talking balloons. You people just see evil everywhere, don’t you?
