Conditions pre-exist on doctors’ ties and keyboards and other things they don’t bother to wash, including their hands.
Pre-existing is trying to buy homeowner’s insurance when your house is on fire. With what I hear of the nasty infections people catch in hospitals, maybe I should wear the mask and gloves.
