The elevator markings are illegal in 99% of the world.

Markings most both be either marked on the arrow, marked between arrows, outside the arrows or set to the side of the arrows— to prevent confusion. That took place in the 1950’s worldwide because of self-service elevators and multiple language traffic.

And it is rare among regulatory law in that it makes sense.

The stairs are muddy and not accessibull.
