I kept expecting Breezy to explain to Rip that it was all in his imagination; that she was not with Jenkins like he assumed. But, this is how Breezy is written out of the strip? I am disappointed.

Jenkins, a rebound stud? KA-BWA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAAA!!

I suspect (maybe wishful thinking) that Rip is about to get a new lesson in understanding women… Don’t Make Assumptions … SHE never said she dumped him… but she’s certainly giving him room to hang himself… ;)

If I was suddenly super rich, I don’t think I would take the bus. Private jet maybe.

I was wondering if Rip was waiting for the bus because his motorcycle got misplaced. I would assume that a pilot like Breezy would be flying, particularly if she could afford a plane that was large enough to take her friends.

Hmmm…I’d love to see another of Dan’s DC-3s.

The other question is whether she has already received the money or needs a ceremony in Starlight to do that. If she doesn’t have the money yet, then a bus to starlight may be in the cards. That said, my experiences with bus travel make me want to drive instead.

Wow!! Rip hanging out with the guy who “stole” his wife. Bro’s before ho’s. Although, I think the 3rd panel dialogue is relevant to BOTH of them.

First off, I can’t see Jenkins as any kind of stud.

Second, perhaps having Jenkins as his new sidekick will knock some sense into Rip. That is… unless Mr. Thompson does something really crazy and have Rock (Fake Rip) emerge in Starlight, and… and…
