To each, their own signage of doom!

Four horsemen. That took me a moment.

Sign, sign, everywhere a sign…

Does the sign on the left represent the four Horsemen of the Apocalpyse?

So Lio’s learning how to speak in sign language?

I was expecting a sign reading “Back to School Sale”

I grew up in the “Duck & Cover” decade – I remember hiding under my school desk for drills and being assured that doing so would “protect” me from those nasty, old bombs and their fallout (yeah, right!)

I was also employed for thirty-five years with a company who was considered a “Defense Contractor” and so the building in which I worked was considered a “Defense Facility”. And the guards at the doors were instructed to shoot anyone without a badge pass attempting to enter in the event of a national emergency – and on the corner of our building was one of those “Fallout Shelter” signs (and, yes, we had the requisite ‘fallout shelter’ supplies in our sub-basement!)

Crazy; simply crazy.

Talk to the “Stop A-head”, they’ll slow all thoughts up there.

Depending on how you see things, the signs might have been visible for decades.

Which fall out shelters are those that are still operating?

It’s your fault, Lio, always setting off those nuclear devices in the nearby lands. You have inspired the signage. It will adapt….
