And have you thought of a name for the baby? And as for talking during the movie, how many times has she told you to be quiet and get her some more snacks?

Only 15? Is that because you believe they’ll stop doing funny things when they turn 15 or because they won’t get funny or interesting until they’re at least 3? Also, based on my experience (5 kids and a spouse) the only way the roll is ever going to get replaced is dependent on if it’s a boy or a girl. BTW, big congratulations!

When I find out someone is expecting, I tell them their life will never be the same again. Good, bad, or otherwise – but not the same.

You have a lot more to worry about than those things! Babies are good for a few thousand comic strips, at least. He or she will probably be just like you…..think about that! Congratulations and looking forward to the next 15 years!! (gosh, I will be really old by then)

Oh boy! And when you don’t feel up to a strip, you can do like Family Circus and have your “Billy” draw it!

I find that there are two events in life that can mature a man. One is when he gets married. The other is when he becomes a father. In both cases, he can either shoulder the responsibilities of caring and supporting another person or remain the self-centered child that he was before these events.

Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Thus, if you train them not to talk during movies and to replace the toilet roll, then they will.

Inflicting existence on an innocent being. ~70 years of suffering and collapse of civilization and ecosphere.
