The late Father Charles Keating would do three hour sessions of Centering Prayer which is a Christian form of mediation. He usually did it twice a day.

Isn’t “binge meditating” kinda redundant?

My meditation always interferes with my praying, which always interferes with my living, which always interferes with me centering myself, which always interferes with the voices in my head, which always dislike jokes at their expense…………

He’s still trying to figure out happened on Game of Thrones.

It’s just calmer.
