Thank goodness it’s not clear skies today.

Oh fer…The FRONT Todd, the cloud is supposed to go in the front! And get away from the window, Old Mrs. Cloberdougle is gonna have an apoplectic fit again.

Now that’s re-volting!

Todd puts on quite the impromptu performance when a good storm kicks in. Lightning flashes in particular lend his interpretative dance a useful strobe affect. Sometimes he even adds a soundtrack. Whatever music he feels inspires him at the moment. If he can get the timing just so, it’s really striking.

Interestingly enough, our area is under a thunderstorm watch tonight.

As acting Sheriff, I’ve gotten a few calls about Todd, lately, every time a storm comes in…

(about 68% of them from Last Rose, but still, some from other citizens as well).

So, don’t worry…. I had a little talk with him.

Folks, we have all kinds here in Ballard County… and I know that if you really think about it, you’ll realise that you wouldn’t want it any other way.

So I told him that we have no particular ordinance against dressing as a rain cloud…

but to avoid complaints, please wear a cloud front and back…

And be sure to keep your lightning rod indoors.

For Todd, there’s a storm where the sun don’t shine.

That storm cloud just may be a warning… Maybe it’s the beans?

I’ve known some who’s flatulence was like that

There once was a man from Madras, whose #@(($ were made of brass. When the clanged together, they played stormy weather and lightning shot out of his @—.

Todd also enjoys giving frontals!

“Is that a lightning bolt, or are you just glad to see me?”

“Ooo, is that Ball Lightning?”

“Don’t look, Ethel! But it was too late, she’d been electrified…”

Todd has spent the good part of his life trying to synchronize his.. um, climax, with a good clap of thunder.

Everybody else on Ballard Street doesn’t look forward to the storm lifting.

Hey I know Todd….he’s put on a lot of weight, but it is just the sort of thing he might do.

Authentic originally spicy Indian cuisine will do that to you, rear and front.

Todd has a striking personality, but it often leads to stormy relations with the neighbors.

Todd is the reason so many people bolt for cover during storms.
