Specifically, he collects them in his briefcase. With room to spare.
Laid out under that tree, thoughts aren’t the only thing he’s going to collect. I spot a small flock of Mallards.
If he’s like me, he’s always designing in his head. Sometimes you have to stop and get the pieces put together so they make complete sense. When you get to the office, they just flow!
i hope his thoughts are not full of underwear though

After he collects his thoughts, he will be off chasing squirrels and lose them again.
At the moment, Martin is collecting his thoughts in Tahiti having sprayed the inside of his briefcase with Tropical Mist air freshener…
