What really chafes Gordon is that the Rope and Pulley club won’t recognize this as an approved activity.

I’d have used a horse’s cinch around the belly. A lot less chaffing that that rope.

Nothing a little Vaseline won’t help.

Ironic, considering Gordon sold the household chafing dishes for his Hawkman get-up.

Not to mention he is absolutely ruining his cardboard inserts.

Gordon really needs to put some more thought into his rig. He needs to balance out those leg supports and install better “core” support as well. Especially when he flies down the hall, and around through the living and dining rooms. By the time he makes his first left turn, you can tell he’s already out of sorts.

Gordon chafes to be free from the surly bonds of Earth (and from the surly bonds of Marge).

Sometimes you just have to let him go and do his thing – and suffer the consequences (including the chafing).

I think he wants to emulate Cupid for Valentine’s day. He’s just a tad early, though.

Thing is, fewer doughnuts could help with lift-off… along with more of Marge’s world-famous cabbage-bean-and-broccoli omelettes.

Gordon harbors high hopes of appearing in a Gold Bond® powder “testimonial” commercial.

Easter practice begins early this year, after last year’s debacle from the Ballard Street “Wing and a Prayer Church Play Acting Society and Potluck Club”.
