There was a young fellow called Cory,

Who was reading The Houdini Story.

He was able to twist,

His elbows and wrists,

And escape from the back of a lorry.

It could use a little grease.

That’s a new wrinkle.

One of the intriguing things about the human elbow is how tricky it can be to try to look at your own elbow(s).

Cory is learning new facts,

About how to prevent heart attacks.

If your arm becomes numb,

From the elbow and thumb,

Take brandy and reach for the axe.

Discovery: Like every other bone joint in the body, the elbow is no less complicated to duplicate in a home workshop. It is best to keep the original functional.
