Actually, Bixby, since Fritz is the owner, president, chairman of the board, CEO, COO, executive secretary, head of human resources, and chief of accounting for Ink Pen, he’s the indespensable one. Which means since you refuse to shape up and actually do the work you’re paid to do, time for you to go.
