I thought salt blocks were illegal in residential areas because they attracted deer and other undesirable animals, and also for hunters to use to attract deer.
I can’t figure out why someone in CB’s neighborhood would have a salt lick. I see most of you assumed it had to do with hunting, but my first thought was that it was for cattle, but I didn’t think CB lived in a rural area.
