Many years ago when my son was visiting, we were cleaning out the basement on a rainy day and he found my old K&E. He said, “Wow, I’ve seen pictures of theses in books, and on line, but I never thought I’d see one in real life!”

I still have my Pickett I won in junior high and my dad’s K&E. I think I remember how to multiply using them.

The Madonna joke still hits!

Engineers don’t have to worry about constipation. They can always work it out with a slide rule.

Used one all through school. The decimal points are the worst part.
