Sorry to inject a note of sobriety among all the good-natured humor, but listening only to opinions you already agree with is exactly what’s wrong with America today. It’s called siloization or the echo-chamber effect, and it’s a curse upon the very idea of democracy, namely that we all get a chance to make our respective cases and try to persuade other people (or perhaps be persuaded by them) as to what’s the best course of action.
