One Monday was bad enough!

Maybe you should invent a calendar, Garfield, that excludes Mondays. (Wasn’t there a 1990s “Garfield and Friends” TV episode where Garfield wished into a wishing well no more Mondays?)

12 months of 28 days, plus an intercalery period of 9-10 days should do it!

4 bad Mondays and 1 blue Mondays. BTW Sonic the Hedgehog it is possible for February to have 5 Mondays on leap year.

As an extra bonus, not only do you get 5 Mondays, but the gods even throw in a Friday the 13th for your enjoyment.

Mondays don’t bother you when you’re retired!

Especially when weekly trash pickup is on Monday but limited to four pickups per month – like where I live. Sanitation crews must hate weight of trash bins on the first Monday of the next month, though.

I’ve got a great philosophy about Mondays. “Mondays suck. The week starts at Tuesday.” That way no matter what bad happens on Monday, it doesn’t mess with the tone of the week. And if Monday turned out ok, well…. ok, that’s a gravy day. The week still starts at Tuesday. Works like a charm.

I still don’t like Mondays … and that is after 16 years of retirement from the working force! :-) Monday is my second work day of the week; unfortunately it is also when workers return to jobs and invariably throw a monkey wrench into plans for the day!

I love Mondays. I get to play cribbage @ noon after lunch & again @ 4 PM !

Well, that’s an interesting way to look at it….

It’s not as bad as being born on the 29th of February and only getting gifts every forth year, now that’s just not fair.

He’s got a point there. Especially in December.

At least, no monday the 13th, this month (shudder)

Any cat should easily be able to sleep through a whole Monday, except for meal breaks.

Yeah, that’s definitely a ‘yaaaahhhh!’ right there for five Mondays in a month!

Maybe Garfield should write to his congressman.

Maybe you can get a petition going so there are no Mondays.

But wait until next month, when there will be five Fridays!
