The older you get, the faster time goes. Maybe it just feels like a minute to him now.

Short term memory is the first thing to go.

Other times, Gary bemoans being undead. But then, there’s Owen, who’s doomed to hang around as a ghost who hasn’t solved a single one of his hangups from life, and Travis, kept alive with no place to go.

I wouldn’t trust Leopold hanging around while I was having a snooze !!!! lol

Gary almost forgot his roots…gasp!

So sometimes thinking helps? Let me think about it….

If I’m around even one-tenth that long, I’ll surely be itching to move along. Immortality is grossly overrated.

Well, that answers my question about how long Gary has been around. Now how long has he been hanging out with Leopold?

It’s a “jugular half-full” sort of thing.

In vampire terms, Gary may have contracted Early-Onset Dementia. Or maybe we should be content with he’s just stupid as well as timid.
