Harsh much? Not exactly good customer service.

Last time I talked to customer service, he had a bad southern accent. I asked where he was located, he said southern India. Maybe it was a good accent? But I quit calling Microsoft for help.

Try AT&T s Directv. If you want to get really pissed off?

You have to read the fine print:

“operator is standing by to take your call.”

I have had that look before which turns into a scowl,

I once read the definition of a bureaucracy is when the first person who answers the phone can’t really help you.

I have often wondered about that. Busy??? .. or waiting for you to forget what you called about while they have a coffee break.

None of our operators want to be here and could less about your call.
