It’s pathetic that this is the best republicans can come up with, both here and in Congress. Since they know they have no defense, they attack the honorable.

The kangaroo court is Republicans pushing demonstrably false charges against Joe Biden instead of doing their jobs to weigh the evidence against Donald Trump.

This is an insult to the noble Kangaroo.

Except in this case, the kangaroo court has decided on acquittal before the trial has even begun.

The impeachment is just an indictment of the president’s behavior, the actual trial is held by the Senate. Are the kangaroos the Senate?

I’ve tried to keep a variety of political cartoons in my feed but Prickly City does no longer brings me the things I look for in editorial cartoons. I am not looking for confirmation but insight and creativity with some bite and spice. Today’s cartoon demonstrates why I can’t stay here any longer. The image here is obtuse and lacks accurate insight. So, what toons do folks recommend that have the “right” creativity mix for a good balance?

funny how Stantis is anti Trump one day and gives us a pro Trump cartoon just a couple of days later.

Kangaroo court indeed Stantis. The dems can’t do fair, it would give them whiplash.

It has been done before. The wrongful impeachment of Arizona Governor Evan Mecham in 1987. He defeated the establishment candidate in the primary.

Some of you are overlooking my interpretation: One meaning of a Kangaroo Court is a court held by a legitimate judicial authority which intentionally disregards the court’s legal or ethical obligations. The House acted as the grand jury, the Senate will act as the court. Also note that in the US military a court martial uses the Uniform Code of Marsupial Justice.

All epic failures. When are we Democrats going to realize we have poor judgement in leaders?

Only deplorables would see the upcoming Senate “trial” as a kangaroo court. A kangaroo court is one held with insufficient evidence. Moscow MItch McConnell doesn’t want any witnesses or evidence presented because he knows that the case against the president would create a mandate to remove the worst president in the history of the U.S. from the office. Trump ought to be tarred and feathered for the embarrassment he has caused our nation and the pain he has caused tens of thousands of people. The only reason that a minority of people voted for him is that they believe he is anti-abortion. He’s probably paid for many abortions, including several for his own daughter. Other than that, he has NO redeeming social value. Everyone ought to be disgusted by him and the scum-sucking senate Republicans.

MOSCOW MITCH: ALLOW NO EVIDENCE TO BE INTRODUCED to show innocence or guilt. ALLOW NO WITNESSES TO TESTIFY who might slip up and tell about criminal activities, by the Weasel and his ilk. Yep,looks like an innocent crook to most Americans. It’s going to take an election which removes political protection from the Republican criminals. Maybe Moscow Mitch, Leningrad Lindsey Soggy Grahamcracker,Devious Deviant Devin Nunes, et al will be joining the Weasel behind bars.
