After twelve years being put into action, how is that Italian beach law coming along? (Why not build sand castles anyway?)

In a simple online search I found that a credit hour at MIT costs $770; therefore, to get an “official” pirate certificate it would cost you $3080 for the four required classes one must take to complete the certification. For some reason this reminds me of the joke about the guy who read so many “Dummy” books that the publisher awarded him a Ph.D in Gross Stupidity.

That Italian Mayor Sounds like a prize misery guts. And is that paper house fireproof? Lighting a fire in a paper grate sending smoke up a paper chimney sound an interesting concept. A steel lined flue perhaps.

I highly suspect that the clock made out of paper only has its casing and face made of paper. I highly doubt you could make its works out of paper and have it “fully” function.

As said above, I’m fairly certain the chimney has non-paper elements, as well as a decidedly non-paper based waterproofing on the roof.

Archery, fencing, pistol, and sailing are great skills for a real pirate to have.

If I remember correctly, McGee from NCIS has a degree from MIT and another degree from a similar university. If so, (and took out student loans to pay for them) he’s probably still paying them off.

That certificate wasn’t around when I graduated from MIT in 1953, it was first available in 2011. See: https://physicaleducationandwellness.mit.edu/about/pirate-certificate/. I did sail on the Charles river in MIT’s sailboats as a student, but just using them for pleasure was free of cost.

What keeps that paper house from turning into mush when it rains?

Paper House looks like the Master’s TARDIS so all the problem issues listed above would not be relevant.

Why would a pirate use archery? Fighting on a ship requires close quarters fighting.

Wow, I’ve been to Rockport, MA and I never saw that house. I’ll have to look for it next time I go back.

Do you get extra credit if you use a match lock in pistol class?
