“101 Huge Knock On Jokes” ??? (had to do a screen capture, paste it into an editor, flip it both horizontally & vertically … then make it large enough to read … sheesh).
How many Trumps does it take to change a light bulb?Get real. They don’t change their own light bulbs. That’s not the kind of screwing they’re good at.
Everything about today’s strip is hilarious, but, IMO, “Well, with the proper funding-” coupled with Satch’s pensive look is the MOST hilarious (and true) line.
How many lawyers to screw in a lightbulb? Just one, but it REALLY gets screwed. How many mice to screw in a lightbulb? Two, but darned if I know how they get in there.
Alas, Bucky, I fear you are right. We never will know as long as all the dim bulbs cling to their misbegotten belief a two-party system is all that works — noting for the record, however, that liberalism is neither a political party nor the prima facie antithesis of the Republican Party.
Democrats would change quite a lot. They would give us Medicare for all. They would give everyone the right to a free education. They would fix our roads and bridges. But, they would have to get the Republicans out of the way in order to be able to change anything, because the Republicans don’t want anything improved if it costs the rich or if a Democrat might get credit for it. VOTE BLUE 2020— all the way from your local school board to the White House. The middle class has supported this country while the 1% got the benefits long enough now.

Now THIS is my kind of funny and balanced political cartooning. Rock ‘em Sock ‘em robot style. Everybody takes their lumps. Well done, Darby!
