That is so sweet and so true.

I’d rather be snuggling with the wife.

Sometimes we just need to take a small break from adulting.

Back when we had only been married for a few years, my husband got a 3rd-shift job. One day he & a friend picked me up from work. We had a custom van, where the back was actually like a little RV and it had a curtain right behind the front seats. Anyway, I went to get into the van, and there was a huge, white teddy bear in the passenger seat, waving at me! My husband had gotten me the Big Bear to keep me company while he worked, and the friend was hiding behind the curtain, making the bear wave to me. I loved that bear.

I guess you’re never too old for a teddy bear.

I forget about the Big Bear treatment. Although, I wonder where all Big Bear has been and what food he might have on his paws after 3 boys and 5 grandchildren.

Get a dog

I think hugs from his wife and daughter would have been better.
