So he did those hormone attack acts just to get her attention. Well, as an someone who was once upon time a teenage girl, you’re not getting somewhere with Allyson. She spoke, yes, but it was only to insult you. It’s an ultimate put down.

but being a guy, that is all we need to be encouraged! You will never understand us nor will we you females… especially these days when you have come to think so highly of yourselves.

You’re getting somewhere, Gordon. You’re going backwards away from where you want to go, but you’re getting somewhere.

I think Gordon needs to change his strategy.

I was royally criticized for showing Gordon having a “hormone attack.” It was apparently too suggestive to be seen on the comics page.

Gordon that was brilliant. Girls notice guys who are creative.

Imagine what the #meetoo generation would say today about this comic strip. Gordon would get accused of sexual harassment and be beaten down in his social media.

I love the Valentine’s Day dance story arc of 2 years ago because that girl’s name is also my wife’s name! If I ever meet Lynn Johnston I would like to tell her that.

This storyline was so stupid…

Life’s biggest lesson; It can take a man 3 years to get the courage to ask a girl for a date. (And her 10 milliseconds to say no!)

Well, THIS is realistic. NO teenage boy would intentionally make a fool of himself in such a ridiculous manner. He’d be a laughing stock. And Gordo has not been shown up to this point as being a crazed, attention-seeking Jim Carrey type class clown.
