Leaning that far back, unless for comic physics, he is going to fall on his back.

Ah, the old stab or get stabbed fight.

So Cross stabbed him in the foot.

Tarzan, run about 50 ft. turn around and shoot him with your bow.

Much later in life, Tarzan, Lord of the jungle, has a son who marries an American actress. They both decide they want nothing more to do with Tarzan and his jungle and move to Canada. But that’s another story. Let’s get back to this one.

Whichever way you hold the knife, it’s a good idea to aim the pointy end at your opponent.

It’s hard to hit a vital part slashing down. You need to be driving upwards. Lots of good targets there. Just ask the Navy SEALS. And favm is right, you don’t win gripping the knife that way, (…unless you’re contemplating suicide.) Blame the artist, though, not ERB.
