The food service one sounds closest to where you’ll most likely wind up so go with that. It’s just 4 years of your life. Maybe go straight to Wendy’s and let Mom retire a few years earlier. By then you’ll be working at Cracker Barrel and she can come see you for Sunday breakfast.
