With all of the missing teeth (nocked out by pucks) do NHL players floss?

Okay, 1/4 mile is 440 yards. The average roll of dental floss is 100 yards. So Bub bought what is probably, without the NHL insignia, the Warehouse Club size of 4+ rolls on one roll, and a deal. It might even be a good deal, but what is he paying for the licensing? I’ll bet that’s where he dropped the ball. And the cash.

I’ve found only one place in my city that sells unwaxed dental floss. It works better than the waxed kind to remove any bits. Why is it so hard to come by?

Did someone bet the writers that they couldn’t do a week’s worth of strips on dental floss?

Hmmm. . .. A quarter mile is about 1250 feet. If each of them floss twice a day and use 2 feet each, it will last just short of a year. If he paid $3.50 for it, that’s just under 1¢ per day. Really, he did all right.
