I worked for years as the Night Manager of large resort/hotels. Most of the people who worked for me on the “graveyard” shifts did so because not only could they work efficiently with little or no supervision, but that was what they preferred!

Incidentally, my self-starters working the various departments on graveyard had a better attendance rating, greater job satisfaction, and lower personnel turnover than any shift.

I need to be supervised 24/7.

Looks like you found your man.. can attend an interview without paying attention.. multi-tasker if there ever was one.
