A whole new perspective on pizza.

I’m disappointed that Domino’s doesn’t offer anchovies.

They do say eating lots of fish is good food for your brain. I guess that is because the fish are always in school.

Only request anchovies from a high end or specialty pizza joint. The others are too risky. The man behind the counter has never had the request and then they go nuts and apply too many, and or the they bad for lack of use, and they don’t get thrown away by their use by date. Maybe they don’t smell fishy enough?

In any event consider your pizzeria carefully before you order.

‘Some people’ won’t let me include anchovies.

My first pizza back in the early Sixties had anchovies. Nasty things. Lesson learned. Never again.

Had an uncle who loved anchovy pizza. I never visited him on pizza day.

But anchovies have a reason not to be included.

I have the opposite problem.

oh I still have anchovies every so often

One anchovy pizza. Hold the anchovies….

Save the anchovies for your martini.

I once dove in Monterey Harbor during an anchovy bloom…which is certainly one way to find out how anchovies feel.
