Hmmm ! I’ve known some Non-Com’s who Needed to Grow into their Stripes over the years. More Imature O’s though. A small percentage of Both recieve their Rank too quickly and easily needing more Working Experience in their rates and with people ,etc. Stripes and Bars,etc. don’t necessarily make a Good Leader. Just my personal opinion based on my experiences. You-all Have a Graet Day !
